Q: How do we get funding for roll out media?
A: Funding for roll-out media will be available if the test returns a 1.8 MER ratio or better. Once that number is achieved we will partner with our media funding sources for the roll-out media investment. Media is always the biggest single cost in direct response television, but almost all the media agencies and broadcasters require pre-payment, and tie up money for about three weeks. If we are spending $100,000 weekly (which is a modest success) we will need about $300,000 available in cash just to maintain our media schedule. We will need even more if we want to expand our campaign. In either case our Media Funding sources provide those funds.
